- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Processing time does not include shipping or transit time

- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

- Oasis Teaz is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting images so we can assist you.
7. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping-Related)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee
- A return authorization must be obtained before sending any items back
