What is your refund policy?

Our primary objective is customer satisfaction. If you are displeased with the products/services provided, we offer three options: order cancellation, product replacement, or a refund. This is subject to genuine reasons and proof after investigation.

How long do I have to request a refund, replacement, or cancellation?

Requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the products. Requests received later than that shall not be entertained.

What information should my refund/cancellation request contain?

Your request should contain the order number (provided when placing the order) and a clear reason for the return, cancellation, or refund.

How long will it take to process my request?

We will contact you within 7 working days of receiving your request. For refund/replacement/cancellation, kindly allow us 15 working days for processing.

Can I return or exchange opened or used products?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem, and we will send you a replacement or a refund.

How do I initiate a return or cancellation request?

To initiate a request for a refund, replacement, or cancellation, please contact our customer support team at contact@oasistea.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions if needed.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, for returns and exchanges of unopened and unused products, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Can I return or exchange items from a sampler pack?

Yes, items from a sampler pack can be returned or exchanged under the same conditions as other products, provided they are unopened and unused.

What if I receive the wrong items in my order?

If you receive the wrong items in your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you or issue a refund.
